- Authors whose abstracts have already been accepted can modify their abstracts including title, contents and author information except for conference topics until the camera-ready abstract submission deadline (8 March 2024). If the conference topic has been amended, the abstract must go through the review process again; therefore, authors may change the conference topic only by the abstract submission deadline.

- If the abstract is revised by an author after the submission of a camera-ready abstract, the author must submit a revised camera-ready abstract in accordance with the revision of the abstract. If the changes made to the abstract are minor (for example, spelling errors), it is not necessary to resubmit a camera-ready abstract.

- If the author wishes to revise only the camera-ready abstract of the accepted abstract, the author can resubmit it within the due date.
  • All abstracts must be submitted through the submission system on the conference website. Abstracts submitted in any other way will not be considered for review nor be accepted in any way.
