  • You are required to register in the 20th WCNDT if you would like to attend the conference in person.
  • The access to the Conference and Exhibition will not be permitted for the persons who have not paid their registration fee.
  • Please note prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) / Korean Won (KRW) and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).
  • Chrome is the preferred browser for the online registration system.
  • Do not use the ‘Back’ button during the online registration process.

  • The conference fee includes the session attendance, lunch, refreshments, program package, e-proceedings, and tickets for the exhibition, the welcome reception, the Cultural Night and gala dinner.
  • Student or retiree will be requested to submit the proof of enrollment or retirement while registering online.
  • If an author has not registered the conference for his/her accepted abstract, the abstract will not be shown in both conference proceeding and
  • The companion fee includes the lunch, refreshments, and tickets for the welcome reception, the “Cultural Night” and the gala dinner. Participation in the scientific program is not permitted. Reservations for companions are available only after the conference registration.
  • Companions are limited to the immediate family of attendees registered as the 'Participants (Full)' category.
  • Student must be currently enrolled in a college or university as an undergraduate or graduate student. Applications for student rates must send a scanned copy of their valid enrollment status or student identification card in ENGLISH. It must also be presented on-site when collecting the badge.
  • The presenting author must register by 31 December 2023 in order to present in the conference. Otherwise, the abstract acceptance will be withdrawn.
  • If a student wants to present two or more abstracts, then the full registration is required.

  • Please note that the transaction(payment) will not be approved if the country where the card was used does not match the country that the card was issued in.

  • Please note that bank charges and fees for remittance must be paid by registrants; remaining balances should be paid on-site.
  • Please note that fee has to be transferred under the registrant's name.

Registration and Payment Status
Credit Card
  • Once full payment is completed, your Payment Status will be updated immediately from ‘Payment Needed’ to ‘Confirmed’.
  • A Confirmation Letter will be sent automatically via e-mail to your registered e-mail (ID). However, if you do not receive the e-mail within 24 hours, please contact the secretariat by email (
Bank Transfer
  • Once you complete the registration process by bank transfer, it may take up to two weeks for the registration to be confirmed. The Payment Status will be updated from ‘Payment Needed’ to ‘Confirmed’ once the payment arrives to the beneficiary bank.
  • You can visit “My Page” to check the status change after the payment is confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • 1. For Presenting Authors : No refunds
    • 2. For Other Participants :
    • Until 29 February 2024: 50% of the paid registration fee
    • From 1 March 2024: No refunds
  • Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (
  • All refunds will be made by 4 weeks (28 June 2024) after the end of the conference.
  • Bank service charges and administrative fees incurred for refunds will be deducted from the refund amount.
